EULA

End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and GSILVER Audio for the use of GSILVER Audio software products ("Software").

By installing or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not install or use the Software.

1. Grant of License

GSILVER Audio grants you a non-exclusive license to install and use the purchased Software for your personal or professional use.

You may install the Software on multiple devices owned or controlled by you, provided that the Software is used only by you.

If several people need to use the Software, each user requires a separate license.

The Software is licensed, not sold. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • redistribute, rent, lease or sublicense the Software or your license;
  • share your license key or otherwise make the Software available for use by unlicensed users;
  • modify, crack, decrypt or circumvent any licensing or protection mechanism of the Software;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software;
  • remove or alter copyright, trademark, license or other proprietary notices contained in the Software.

3. Demo Versions

Demo versions may be installed and used for evaluation purposes only.

Demo versions may contain functional or technical limitations and must not be used in commercial productions.

Circumventing or removing such limitations is not permitted.

Demo licenses may not be sold, transferred or represented as full commercial licenses.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, its design, code, user interface, documentation and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of GSILVER Audio or the respective rights holders.

All rights not expressly granted under this EULA are reserved.

Third-party software components, where included, remain subject to their respective license terms.

5. Warranty and Liability

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will meet your individual requirements, operate completely error-free or remain compatible with all hardware, operating systems, DAWs, plugin hosts or other software. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.

Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. Governing Law

German law applies.

The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered place of business of GSILVER Audio, as far as legally permissible.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.

7. Severability and Formal Errors

If any provision of this EULA is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

Mandatory statutory law prevails over any conflicting provision of this EULA.

This EULA is provided in good faith. Any typographical, editorial or formal errors do not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
